They can expect 4 weeks of immersive training: Your team will participate in Zoom-based classes for 2 hours per day over 20 consecutive days. Cameras and microphones are on, with mandatory daily participation and role-play. A personalized learning environment: With a maximum of 12 team members per class and 2 dedicated coaches, we maintain a 1:6 coach-to-student ratio. This ensures your staff gets personalized feedback and plenty of practice in every session.
