2. No Guarantee of Results
While AGS aims to provide highly qualified sales professionals and proven training methods, we do not guarantee specific results, production levels, sales figures, or revenue increases. Your business performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, your internal operations, and the effort of your staff.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging AGS, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services.
Maintain any insurance licenses, legal compliance, and operational requirements as required by state and federal laws.
Supervise and manage any sales representatives placed in your office in compliance with all applicable laws and your agency’s guidelines.
4. Payment & Fees
All fees for AGS services are outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Payments are due according to the terms stated in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, documents, videos, processes, and content provided by AGS are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent from AGS.
