The Bench

Quality sales team members and the support they need to succeed.

Built by two practicing agents who ran this in their own offices before anyone else was allowed to buy it.

Every agency needs a bench. Most do not have one, because building it is a full-time job that nobody in the building has time to do.

How it works

01. We place a team member

  • Sourced and screened nationwide, in office or remote — or we start with the person already in the seat.
Your involvement: one short list of interviews.

02. We teach the craft

  • Eighty hours across twenty business days, instructor-led.

Your involvement: the week-four final roleplay, which you sit in on and sign off.

03. We keep them accountable

  • Daily kickoffs, weekly sales sessions, and a written report on four numbers: calls, contacts, quotes, closes. Your involvement: the weekly one-on-one and a monthly strategy call.

04. They hone their skills

  • Unlimited practice on demand, nobody watching. Assigned by their sales manager, not browsed by the rep.

Each group is indexed to its own month 1, so all three start level. This compares movement, not size. The 12+ line matters most: those team members were fully ramped before class started, so ramp cannot explain it.

Written premium lift over each team member's own 30-day pre-class baseline. These figures measure the four-week training program. Ongoing sales management launched after this measurement period and is not represented in these numbers.

“What if they don’t work out?”

Some don’t. The question is not whether you will ever hire wrong, it is how long it takes you to find out. Hiring on instinct, an agency carries a non-producer most of a year before the answer is undeniable. Here the numbers are in writing every week from week five, so it is visible inside ninety days, while the decision is still a small one.

If they don’t make it, we replace them. No charge.

We source the next person and run them through the full four weeks again, and you do not pay for the seat a second time.

*Replacement provided where sales management is active at the time of the request, the team member completed the four-week program and remained in a new-business production role, and you attended the week-four roleplay and at least three of the four weekly one-on-ones. Up to two replacements per rolling twelve months.
