Starting this September, we’re launching an all-new 80-hour Life Sales Training (LST) program — a fully immersive, live Zoom course designed specifically for Team Members who want to master the life and DI conversation through real-time roleplay and daily accountability.

What’s Included:

  • 20 days of live Zoom instruction (2 hours/day)

  • 2 hours/day of assigned homework due before the next class

  • Small group format (capped at 20 reps) for real coaching and feedback

  • Cameras and mics on — daily breakout sessions and roleplay

  • Full focus on the life insurance and income protection sales conversation
